To say I am happy with the service at European Road and Racing is a tremendous understatement. Karl and his crew provided me with exceptional service and I am thankful that he and Abby took the time to listen to my needs and what I wanted to achieve in an alignment for my BMW after I put on some suspension upgrades and fresh tread. Abby did the the alignment and nailed it. Karl was generous enough to show me around their facility and take me on a nice little joy ride after the alignment was completed. Quite possibly to reiterate its newfound capabilities. 🤣 🤘🏻. They have given me complete confidence back in my BMW and it once again drives like one would expect the Ultimate Driving Machine should……Perhaps better than. Fantastic service. I was almost 500 miles from home visiting Charleston. During my visit, the clutch in my 2008 Porsche Cayman started slipping. I was referred to European Road and Racing (ERR) by another repair shop because they didn’t repair European cars. After explaining my situation to Kelly (scheduler) and Karl (shop owner), they immediately ordered repair parts. Parts arrived in two days and the repair was promptly completed. I am very grateful to the ERR team for prioritizing my repair. As much as I like visiting the old city, I needed to return home and ERR made that happen as soon as possible. Thankfully the car performed flawlessly on the return trip.
