Had a great experience with all employees, quick and quality work. Great communication with what work was required and did not try to upsell work that was not needed and even told me of issues that I hadn't noticed before. Would 100% recommend to my friends and would go again. As a note had a surprise 5% discount for military members aswell!
The gentleman behind the counter helped me out with my box truck transmission issue. He was fair and gave me a couple options. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell that he enjoys helping people. The staff also was friendly and that lady that picked up the phone was very nice which is hard to find these days. My car was sitting at another auto shop for 2 months I was so frustrated I decided to get a second opinion and I decided to take it to Jimmy's on the corner of Rivers Ave and Taylor St in NorthCharleston. And I must say he got the job done and in a timely manner. I would recommend Jimmy's auto repair center if u want your vehicle fix correctly and in a timely manner. I really appreciate your service.
