Trevor was a true professional, representing the company well. I can't stress enough how great this company treated me. They serviced my water softener and reverse osmosis. Honest, more than helpful, and answered a million questions - from call center/scheduling to the service. I will not ever be going anywhere else. Thank you to Trevor and Simply Water.

Very unhappy with quality of service, initially contacted them to inspect our water softener upon moving into our home. Was not informed on how the system worked, or what to look for. Contacted them again to gain clarity on how the system worked. Again no explanation, and received an additional bill for a repair I did not authorize. We will have to yet call another company out to figure how why we are getting hard water deposits.
