Placed my order for a much needed water softener. Order shipped quickly and was received in great condition. Assembled & installed with the help of a couple videos and step by step instructions. Had a question after the sale and I received fast and helpful response. Great customer service and follow up.
Purchased a new Fleck 5600 to replace a 20 year old one that was having issues, even after rebuilding it. The replacement was a direct replacement. Had the new valve installed and up in running in minutes. And everything is working perfectly. I have softened water again, with 0 leaks. Customer service was excellent on helping make sure I had what I needed out of the box!
Very affordable prices on quality products. Shipping is surprisingly fast. And customer service is great. I need to exchange the meter I received (my error) for one that is calibrated for higher mineral capacity. They said, "No problem, just send the meter back to us and we will ship the right one to you." Now that's customer service!
