I hate to leave a negative review, but my experience since having my water softener installed has been extremely frustrating. From the start, I’ve dealt with double charges, ongoing billing issues, salt delivery problems, and repeated scheduling cancellations. It has felt like constant follow-up on my end just to get basic service handled correctly. I have now been without salt for over a month. I’ve reached out multiple times requesting a delivery and have received no response. I was told someone would be out on a Friday to check the system and refill the salt, but no one showed up — and no one followed up or rescheduled. At this point, I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and reliability. I expected much better service and support after installation. I hope someone from management sees this and reaches out to make it right.
