Remember this computer? I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience. Wasn't the computer in my possession 10 minutes after a return from your customer because you stated that you are unable to work on older computers? What kind of computer shop operates in this manner? Charging $100 and placing a sticker on the PSU while incorrectly diagnosing the issue as a faulty motherboard is unacceptable. This is subpar service. Should consider closing shop for being unable to provide "computer repair" By the way computer works flawlessly. Should advertise as "we're only able to fix Windows 10 and newer due to lack of knowledge"
