I purchased a new HVAC system with the assistance of Elijah. He spent some time with me explaining what I needed and gave me options along with comparative pricing. My techs Hunter and Logan put in my heat pump, furnace and new thermostat. They kept me informed of the status of the project. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Zach and Holden were able to come the same day I called to investigate the leak in my utility closet. Due to its suspected location and complexity, it was not a repair they could make that day but they mitigated the leak, worked with my schedule and returned to complete the project. They were friendly, informative, explained the entire process and asked for my approval/understanding before diving into what turned out to be a 5 hour project. It was not an easy fix but they managed to locate and repair the leak with minimal damage to an adjacent wall they had to cut through. I was having a bathroom faucet issue and needed the cartridges replaced but couldn't get the water turned off completely to do this. Rather than cause more issues I called Seiter and Zach came and saved the day! We had ordered a new faucet, as this was easiest thing to do, and Zach and Holden came to do the job. We, always, use Seiter for all things like electrical, heating and air, and plumbing. Everyone is super nice from the women answering the phones to the repair people they send out. We greatly appreciated the outstanding work that Chris and Holden did in below zero temperatures to remove and replace a water heater in our home. They arrived earlier than promised, had all the parts and tools needed for a professional diagnosis and repair. They checked all other components and the gas supply/exhaust system and gave us valuable information on maintaining the new water tank. They also informed us of other products and services that might be worthwhile to look at. The price was exactly as quoted and they finished on time. You cannot ask for any better service and care for your home systems.
