I used Enting for my home water softener more than a decade ago. After recently moving to a new home, I included Enting in my list of companies to call. I once again decided to use their services and I’ve been happy with the service and installation of the new unit.
Floyd, our installer, made quick work of installation and removal of old equipment. The old tank was extremely heavy, but he got it upthe stairs and out! Best of all his patience with instructions and answering questions is very much appreciated! Great product, installation and service. Old Enting softener was 21 yrs old...in a hard hard water area!
Enting did an exceptional job throughout the whole process. Mark, the sales rep, was polite, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. The prices and estimate were clear from the beginning. Floyd did the install of my water softener. He was also polite, knowledgeable and helpful showing me how to use the softener. Would 100% recommend using Enting.
Had to troubleshoot low pressure on my residential water system today. Brent was very professional and was able to recommend a system replacement to upgrade a 26-year-old system. On the same day Jeremy and the install team completed the system replacement, leaving me with a brand new system with fantastic pressure coupled with a seven year warranty right off the bat! Cannot think this team enough for their quick and professional service!
