We moved into our new Condo in December and within a week of making an appointment for a water test o had a new softener and RO installed. The guys that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. Cheryl was amazing in explaining how the system works and what would be best for the area of Huber Heights I live in.
Customer service was EXCELLENT. The gentleman that came to our home was professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed everything and then some. I mentioned an issue that a plumber estimated would cost me over a thousand dollars to fix and he was able to come up with a resolution to my problem for under $100.
I recently moved and asked Integrity to move my softener and filtration system. The crew that did it were outstanding. Very happy. Happy to recommend them without reservation.
