I have been a customer of FGLees over 20 years. I called this time to have them install a new shower set, faucet , and tub spout. As always, there were knowledgeable, capable, and courteous. They went above and beyond by not only doing what was requested, they cleaned the drain and fixed the plug!
They came to my home a week ago on a Wednesday. No heating lower level of home. To big of a job they would be back. They just called and cancelled. They are too busy. My mom is 91. She lives here. 91. It’s cold. They dropped us. After many calls were ignored. This company is a poor sad neglectful company. Put a sweater on before you call them.
Above & beyond friendly/on time/professional service from Doris to schedule and Jim&team to install a new toilet! If you're in the Waterplace Condos and want to save your time calling 4 other plumbers to be told nah, parking sucks for my truck, elevators suck for my tools, just go straight with F.G. Lees & Son
