I received a very prompt reply to my internet request for an appointment, and received service the following day. Service person Diego was knowledgeable, polite, and effective in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I would definitely recommend this family company, and would use them again if ever I have the need.
honest • thorough • diligent! After some research to find a washing machine repair company, I chose JB Appliance Repair because of the great reviews. Setting up an appointment was very easy and they were able to come out the next day for diagnostics. I decided to move forward with the repair and Juan came out the next day just to double check another part to make sure it wasn’t that before ordering. This part was less expensive but unfortunately didn’t end up being the issue. The original part arrived the same week and Juan came back out to install it. After running four cycles, and it running properly now, I believe it’s safe to say it’s fixed! Very grateful for JB Appliance Repair for their thorough work & honesty! The original quote for the part/ installation was honored and after removing it, he could tell it was indeed the issue. Highly recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair assistance in the area!
Do not look any further! This is the company you need to call. I filled out the form online to schedule an appointment. Within seconds I received a text with an appointment for the next day. Juan diagnosed and repaired the dryer in one appointment. His rate was reasonable, Juan was friendly and communication from start to finish was great!
Diego, thank you very much! Friendly, kind, respectful. He educated us on what happened and also how to prevent it from happening again. Luckily, we didn’t need parts replacement, he made adjustments. He also helped us level it out better than it was before, and gave us health & safety tips with our dryer! I thought I had to buy a new one, nope, just needed some TLC. Diego was awesome! Highly recommend!
