ZERO STARS - DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. I purchased a fridge for 700.00 before Christmas since my old one went out. Delivered same day… waited 6 hours, plugged in fridge- all types of error codes - here it is 01/02/2026 and fridge still sits at 80 degrees. Called the store, I was referred to warranty company - no number no information given for warranty had to google the information…. Store manager said No loaners available until new fridge gets fixed through warranty…. Almost 3 weeks without a fridge with small children in my house. No hesitation to take my money but all excuses to make it right…. Sad excuse of company - should have just went to ABC warehouse - don’t waste your time on Roseville appliances or any of their associated stores….. will be reporting this to better business as well…..

In my experience buying a stover there for my grandma he is one the highest price on his appliances, which is fine if you offer the best service. He doesn't. 2 months after the stove was bought (out of warranty) the oven burner stops working I take it apart to find the one not working was installed shotty. Making swapping to the new one harder because you know less of what's what. He says I can bring it in but it'll be $150 to. Look at it and he'll sell her a different one for $300 he's not doing right by his customer in my opinion. So he's lost a customer here and my whole family.
