I have dealt with A&E Appliance since the 80's and not one complaint. The service technicians (this time Brian) are very friendly, prompt, helpful and professional. They stay until my last question is answered and everything was satisfactory. From 1 to 10, definitely a 10+.
A & E has been a solid Source of appliance repair As long as I can remember. The only ones my parents used, and the ones I always choose myself. This visit did not disappoint. Austin was professional, courteous, and capable. Our dishwasher was fixed in no time and been running perfectly. Thank you.

Highly recommend Aaron arrived for the appointment in a raging snow storm. He diagnosed the issues with my washing machine and had to order parts. The weather wasn't much better the 2nd time. . He was friendly and efficient. The washer works great now! Should last another 5 years (it's about 25 years old now) the entire staff is great to work with. Thank You
Called Friday regarding my issue, Anthony came out Monday to diagnose. He had to order parts and came back Wednesday to fix. Very happy with how quick it was and how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I would definitely recommend and will use for any future issues
