Very polite and knowledgeable both of the technicians that I had to have out here. The first one was Brian he came out about a week ago, identified the problem immediately, and had the part ordered as soon as possible. The second young man that came out is Gerald was also very polite. I told him my daughter was napping. He was very quiet and got the job done very quickly and quiet. Either of these two technicians, I would love to have at my home again.

Even Stanley ( Professional Service Tch)is very polite professional and does great work. I needed service on my dryer, he came in my home with the utmost respect put covers on his shoes and went right to work. Two weeks later my moms heat went out and what a small world Even was her Tech. He stayed until the job 150% complete. Detroit Appliance/furnace you guys are an amazing company that hires professionals/ Thank you Even you are amazing!!!

Thank you Detroit appliance for the Work that was done on my fridge by Gerald. He did a great job was respectful and gave me confidence in how he was careful and highly skilled in taking care of the problem with my refrigerator. He was very detailed oriented in explaining what could have been the problem. Hopefully it is solved and I won’t be needing his service anytime soon Thank you also for the in-house technician that were there to support him while he was here doing the repairs. He needed to make a call and they were right there to answer any of his questions.
