Poorly run customer service. First time I had someone come out to just check on my washer, the company calls me and tells me within 20 minutes they were coming after they told me he wasn’t going to come out. I work nights so I’m on a time crunch. Fine, simple mistake. Technician is great, orders part and is out the door in 15 minutes. Schedules me himself the following Thursday 11a to 3pm because once again, I work nights. I am waiting around all day no notice of when they will be here. Glued to my house. Once again fine. Small company I understand when someone is doing the best they can. 12 minutes after the window is over, they call me and... Poorly run customer service. Small company I understand when someone is doing the best they can. 12 minutes after the window is over, they call me and tell me he’s running up to an hour an a half late. Because of an issue 2 appts ago. I first say fine he can come but as I double check my clock and realize how this will mess with my in time for my work, I call back and tell them if his eta is soon great, if not please reschedule me for the following morning as it’s not my fault he’s this late. They say they are booked up. I say I understand but that’s simply not my problem and that they should prioritize the appts they messed up today in good faith. They say they won’t do it. Two different people gave me two different excuses as to why he was late. One said an issue two appts ago. One said an emergency as he was heading to mine. Please respect people’s time. I called back and they said he’s miraculously on his way. That was 20 minutes ago. Still nothing. What a rude and terribly run business. The schedulers clearly just wanted to run out the door at 4pm with little in mind for whom their terrible scheduling is impacting. How distasteful.

My drainage pump didn’t work and I figured that out. I’m a very handy guy. They put in a leveling system in which now I feel like was a money grab.The lack of knowledge and customer service provided handling my issue was terrible. I had to call to find out the parts were in and found out that they were after a week. I also figured out when i called that they had failed to let me know they were coming the next day. Asked to speak to a manger after the second tech came and said washer was fixed. ( he was here all of 30 minutes) and I did not receive a call back from the manager and still have not four days later and this is after the third tec... Itstill didn’t work the way it should. If this is how this company conducts business I wouldn’t expect them to be around long unless they focus on warranty stuff and actually do their job on warranty work. But as far as my household and what I needed fixed they were unable to figure it out in a timely manner, failed to fix it properly and still have not called me about what they were gonna do about splitting the price on the fact that after the repair it still didn’t work. The date is Monday, February 23, 2026 when I wrote this.

Needed washer parts fast. Laundry was stacking up. Ryan was able to get me hard to find parts within 12 hours of my phone call. They really came through,with flying colors. Would highly recommend. Excellent service
