My drainage pump didn’t work and I figured that out. I’m a very handy guy. They put in a leveling system in which now I feel like was a money grab.The lack of knowledge and customer service provided handling my issue was terrible. I had to call to find out the parts were in and found out that they were after a week. I also figured out when i called that they had failed to let me know they were coming the next day. Asked to speak to a manger after the second tech came and said washer was fixed. ( he was here all of 30 minutes) and I did not receive a call back from the manager and still have not four days later and this is after the third tech came and stayed an hour said it was fixed. Itstill didn’t work the way it should. If this is how this company conducts business I wouldn’t expect them to be around long unless they focus on warranty stuff and actually do their job on warranty work. But as far as my household and what I needed fixed they were unable to figure it out in a timely manner, failed to fix it properly and still have not called me about what they were gonna do about splitting the price on the fact that after the repair it still didn’t work. The date is Monday, February 23, 2026 when I wrote this.
