US Waterproofing was very communicative about when they were starting my project, once I told them that they were doing the job. They were very professional on the first day here and reviewed everything with me before they started. They showed up every day until the job was completed. They checked in with me every morning to see if I had any questions or concerns. On the last day they cleaned up quite well and explained the system to me. I am very happy with the installation! I would highly recommend this company!

This Waterproofing Company, did an excellent job, putting in my Encapsulation. But, when it came to putting on the "RIGHT" sizes Crawlspace Access Door, that didn't happen. I asked this Company, (Ms.Linda) if they needed to come back out to check out everything. And, the Company Supervisor, said "NO" they didn't need to come back out. He said, he could just look at the pictures. They sent out (2) wrong sizes Crawlspace Access Doors. They sent out a so call employee, to try too build out an Access Door. I had a yard drainage issue due to the sump pump dumping water next to the house. From the first contact to make an appointment, to the explanation of the issue and proposed solution given by Marc Bey, I felt very comfortable hiring this company. When the work was completed by Tore and Cam I was very impressed with the job they did as well as the cleanup. They were careful in the landscaping bed, tunneled under a sidewalk and replaced the sod when they were finished! Hard workers who did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

After getting quotes and advice from several different waterproofing companies, I decided to go with U.S. Waterproofing. From start to finish I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service, not to mention the price. Jeff and his team showed up on time as scheduled and were able to completely dig out and waterproof the outside of my home, as well as add four structural beams to the inside of my home, all in about 6 hours. Very happy with how clean they were inside my home and how my front yard looked as well when they were done. Highly recommend.
