He was prompt, it took him literally 2 seconds to detect the problem. He pulled out a filter that NO ONE has ever done before. He showed me where it was and how to get to it ans clean it. He quickly assessed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and assured us he would be back the following week — and he showed up exactly as promised. After installing the part, everything seemed fine at first. Later, I realized it still needed a slight adjustment. I contacted AJ’s directly, and they promptly scheduled John to return the next morning to make it right. Great service, reliable follow-through, and excellent communication.
