Best Deal Appliances

Came here in may to pick out a washer because our new one broke. Fast forward 1 month and we are using our free warranty to have them check it out. They come by and say they fixed the transmission on it and it worked good for 1 month until the next month we had to call them again. Now the warranty is no longer valid so we had to call a&e across the street for them to tell us they never fixed the transmission or the bolts and that the washer is deemed unrepairable and therefore we are out of our 300 dollars. Do not reccomend

Today started out as as a complete nightmare for me until I came to Best Deal Appliances!! Cathy is retired and her son-in-law took over the business. Cathy served the neighborhood for many years, and gave us great deals. Cathy always had exceptional service... And She passed the torch to someone who shares the same passion, as she did, for impeccable customer service and quality, on! Her son-in-law worked for her for decades, and he decided to continue the legacy, but with a better location. 🤗 I am truly impressed and satisfied, as a customer.
