We have used them twice, once they repaired our stove which another company told us was too old and parts were no longer available. The repair men were thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Plus Saturday availability makes it much easier with our work schedule.

Teylor @ Reliable Appliance Repair was very helpful & knowledgble when diagnosing our upright freezer. I hadn't realized it should fixed under mfg. warranty. Teylor was so incredibly fantastic in fixing our washer and dryer. He educated us during the entirety of each repair, which was so refreshing and kind of him to do, and promptly scheduled what turned out to be a multiple visit fix for our beat up appliances. Fair pricing for great service, I don’t hope to have anything break in the future but will definitely call him if the circumstance arises! Incredibly knowledgeable and eager to get to the bottom of every issue.

Reliable Appliance Repair went above and beyond to help us. An initial request for service on a Friday resulted in a phone call that day from Scott to discuss the problem with our Samsung front-loading washer. We thought that we could try to fix it ourselves after the suggestions, but after an hour or so of hacking through it just was too much for us. We texted on Tuesday (holiday weekend) and were asked to call on Wednesday, set an appointment and today, Thursday, we are good to go! It cost so much less than buying a new machine and we now have 2 week’s worth of laundry done! Thanks Scott and RAP!
