D3/A-OK are a quality business. Good phone calls, texts and emails, great polite people. I believe Adam was one and Domingo was the tech who did the repair. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He even used covers on his shoes. Explained what happened and repaired it quickly. I have a warranty so all expenses were covered. I will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to other people. Thank you for a job well done

Richard did a fantastic job. Our refrigerator needed a lot of work and he knew exactly what was wrong and figured out a way to fix it and to prevent it from getting broken again. He was terrific to work with very knowledgeable very experienced very nice and quick we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Aaron did a great job and was very careful with my new house, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and the combo oven he worked on. Replaced circuit board that controlled clock and touch screen. Reason = clock would loose time/reset itself. In new house about 6 or 7 months and had to reset clock 15 to 20 times. To our knowledge, we never lost power. Therefore, Aaron replaced clock control board. Something cosmetic that Aaron couldn't solve is (IMHO) Whirlpool's quality control in the slightly off oven doors frame that's glued to glass door. I had a great experience with the washing machine repair service. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of appliance repair!
