Aaron did a great job and was very careful with my new house, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and the combo oven he worked on. Replaced circuit board that controlled clock and touch screen. Reason = clock would loose time/reset itself. In new house about 6 or 7 months and had to reset clock 15 to 20 times. To our knowledge, we never lost power. Therefore, Aaron replaced clock control board. Something cosmetic that Aaron couldn't solve is (IMHO) Whirlpool's quality control in the slightly off oven doors frame that's glued to glass door. A little off on some causing an uneven gap between top microwave door and bottom oven door. Functionally the micro and main oven work great. Just the main oven door about 1/8" lower on left side. Maybe slightly better since Aaron and other worker replaced hinges. Still Whirlpool should address the alignment of door parts placement during manufacturing. D3/A-Ok did a good job and were very professional!

D3/A-OK are a quality business. Good phone calls, texts and emails, great polite people. I believe Adam was one and Domingo was the tech who did the repair. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He even used covers on his shoes. Explained what happened and repaired it quickly. I have a warranty so all expenses were covered. I will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to other people. Thank you for a job well done
