If you need to a specific PART and want EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASK FOR (DAVE)! He not only helped me find my part but he genuinely had a DESIRE to help and let me tell you, its HARD to find anybody now a day's who gives a care. So I will definitely refer and recommend (Reliable Appliance) to any friends and family!!! Thank you Dave and keep up the PHENOMENAL customer service because its far and few in these day's!

Reliable Appliance is great! Friendly staff, efficient scheduling and tracking system with text updates. Repair guru called me to check in at the start of the day, then was able to come 2 hours early, which worked great for me. Joe was fantastic! He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with my fridge. Also, great value. Highly recommend!

Reliable Applicant was fantastic. When I called I was given an option to just text them about the problem, and I decided to give that a try and was very impressed. They were responsive and got right in touch with my tenant to coordinate a time to come repair the washer I had that was leaking. The tech called me when he was on site and confirmed the repairs we was doing and the amount, then I got a text a few minutes later to pay the bill. Super smooth and easy. These guys are good, thank you!

- Nice, 5 year old dishwasher went out - Called Reliable Appliance 12/13/25 - They came out 12/19/25 and billed $119 for diagnostics. Had to order a part. - 3 weeks later still no part. I obtained the part number, ordered it, and had it in 2 days. - they came back on 1/14/26, installed the part and it worked, but there was a new problem. Repair guy said he recommended we just buy a new dishwasher rather than order more parts. Yet still charged us $135 additional for the repair that day and $84 for their part which never came. - they refunded the part cost (which by the way I got for $16 and they charged $84) - they refused to refund any of... - Nice, 5 year old dishwasher went out - Called Reliable Appliance 12/13/25 - They came out 12/19/25 and billed $119 for diagnostics. I don’t think it should be free, but a reduced fee would be nice.

Very professional from start to finish. Joe, the repair technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and brought several replacement parts with him. It was one appointment and my fridge is back to normal. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
