Luke made time very quickly in his schedule to come and bid on some foundation repair. I really appreciated his friendly professionalism and his expertise. He was there for only about 30 minutes and I had a written bid by the end of the following day. I LOVED the service!

Luke and Faith with SQC were excellent in the completion of our kitchen remodel. They were transparent, demonstrated care for our home and us as people, and brought in top quality contractors. definitely would recommend and we are already planning to hire them for follow on work. This project was taken over from a previous company that left our home a disaster. Luke set to work right away, understood our situation, and excelled in advancing our project on a tight timeline for the holidays and underbudget.

Luke and his team were incredibly professional, responsive, and provided amazing services. No “foundation repair” company could do what his company did, and they were incredibly attentive to detail, considerate, and provided outstanding results that will last our property years to come. Our home was a once in a blue moon odd scenario, which they handled with ease. When I asked if they could provide grading services to the rest of my property (outside my original request) they accommodated my wishes. When the structural engineer required more foundation be replaced/installed which required additional demo of our front porch, Luke and his team replaced it at a considerable discount and did a beautiful job. Foundation issues are never fun, but Luke answered all of my questions and made the process easy. They just finished up and assured me if we have any concerns to reach out. I highly recommend Sanderson Quality Construction.
