Bought a used iPhone and 13 from them. It had an issue with the battery. Took it back twice, first time they replaced the battery with something until the new one got in. Jammer helped me and I really appreciate it. Would 100% recommend them. They are cheaper than other places and honest. They fixed my phone at no cost because the original battery wasn’t working. Just went in for a charging issue and the gentleman named Jammer, told me my phone was good but my charger isn't. It's nice when people are honest and not trying to take advantage. It's a breath of fresh air honestly. I did buy a couple of cool neon signs for dirt cheap. I highly recommend.
Came in on 02/03/26 to get my iPhone 16 pro front and back screen replaced. Upon receiving my phone back the screen protector was already placed on the front before showing me the final product. Didn’t think anything of it but when I tried Face ID phone wouldn’t work. That’s when I noticed some particles inside the camera and tried to wipe it away. It couldn’t wipe away so then I took the screen protector off, when I did my Face ID worked again but the particles inside the camera wouldn’t wipe away. The small particles are internally in the camera. Furthermore once the screen protector was removed I had notice a scratch across the screen, it’s not a crack across the screen but a scratch that couldn’t be seen with the screen protector on. Went in today on 02/10/26 around 11 am to see if they would honor their warranty and replace the screen. They told me that that scratch is a crack and that I must of damaged the phone to cause the glitching as well. Would not honor their warranty and ultimately blamed the faulty product on me and said I’d have to pay for another screen. In which they wouldn’t let me pay for another screen due to me being upset about them not honoring their warranty and getting more money out of me, I said I’d be writing a complaint then manager just kept going on how he wouldn’t give me services. Highly wouldn’t recommend, very unprofessional and childish. When I was waiting for my phone to get done they would periodically have friends come and go in which was interfering with their work. So wasn't getting their 100% quality of work, which may be why the screen is a faulty.
Excellent service and staff. They give the best prices. Their quotes almost always match the final cost. They deliver on promises & they shoot straight. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. They don't talk over your head but are real down to earth and explain things in normal human language. I've been here at least a half dozen times over the past 5 years & I'm always glad I went, except when my phone was demolished beyond repair. But even then, they were honest & reasonable & didn't charge to diagnose the problem.
