Let's be honest I neglected my tank for about 11 years, right up until my drains stopped working and backing up into my basement. Privy was able to come out (actually called and got me in a day early) and got us all squared away. Andy was on site and did an exceptional job and stayed to make sure the drains were all functioning correctly again. Amazing service.
I would highly recommend this business. I had them pump my septic system. Their customer service was excellent. They were able to schedule my services very quickly and I didn't have to be home while they came to pump my septic. Their price was very reasonable and they did high quality work!
Woke up to a foul smell in the house coming from the drains, and gave Privy’s a call. They fit me into the schedule right away, with a same day visit! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of me, they were quick, clean, friendly, and fair priced. They answered all my questions and we even shared some laughs. Would highly recommend giving them a shot. They will be my go to for any future issues
