Had an appointment on Tuesday they called that morning and cancelled since they can't do recalibration without clean roads. Today my husband and I took time off and went in for my appointment only to be told they needed to cancel and reschedule again because you can't see two lines on the road. No call, just let us show up. The person in the office apologized and said we could get the windshield installed but would have to come back for calibration for another 45 minute appointment. No offer to reduce the price or any accommodation for our inconvenience. I guess they need perfect road conditions. This is a picture of the highway on my way home. All lines visible. After reading the other bad reviews I guess it was actually a good thing this happened.
