Connor was very kind, informative, and patient with my little kids. He called 30 minutes before he arrived. He replaced my springs with much better, stronger springs because one of mine broke. I can confirm the springs genuinely are better and he improved my door. It runs so much smoother and quieter. No hidden expenses, full estimate up front. 10 out of 10, so glad I called these guys. My car was trapped in the garage, I called around 10AM today - a Sunday - and the repair on the garage door was completed with things running smoothly before noon! Great work Connor! The lady who took my call was also very kind. She was able to give me a good ball park amount for the materials and the total was not far off! She gave me a 2 hour window and I was texted with a photo of the repair person prior to him calling me giving me a 30 minute heads up! He is also listed on the website, they have branded vans and the text lets us know the repair person has ID readily available upon request. I didn’t because he looked identical to the photo but I appreciate they are up front and ready with that information!
