My experience with the service is not satisfactory. Service is good until their devices are working without issues. It could become a time wasting process for you if something goes wrong and you need their service. They do not provide any tech service for free even once in a year, so basically they want to exploit you with the fees and your time. It’s almost 3 weeks , one of my door sensor fell and became dysfunctional. I had remote appointments twice to fix it. They delivered the wrong sensors to me and I need to spend time sending it back and having another appointment. Seems like they value for their tech but have absolutely no consideration and respect for the client’s time. I am planning to stop their payment until they restore the service. Right now I am paying them monthly fee without full service. Please think twice before getting trapped in this situation.
