Jasmine is the BEST! I have a cleaning business and one of my team members dropped a clients microwave plate. It was a built in and no serial numbers. She could not find the paperwork. I spent 2 weeks going to different places with a pic of the microwave. Lowes, Home Depot, other appliance stores. Most of them were even rude to me for not bringing a serial #. I finally decided to try one last place and just order and hope for the best. Jasmine after hearing my story had me send the pic of it. She did a reverse search on Google. She found the exact one. She went above and beyond searching the Internet for my part.That is Customer Service! When someone does something they are not required to do to help you ! I will never go anywhere else!

I was surprised at how friendly helpful and courteous the whole staff was. My associate was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. She pointed out several features of different ranges and helped me make an excellent choice. THERE is absolutely no pressure here only great help and desire to help customer. I went to Preferred Appliance because I was looking for a new washing machine, and they are the only company in the area that sells and services Speed Queens. I had done some research when looking into purchasing a new washing machine, and everyone recommended Speed Queen because they are designed to last 25 years and are made in the USA. Danielle at Preferred Appliance was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She gave me information on the different models of Speed Queen before I decided on which model to purchase. They offered next-day delivery, which was a great bonus! Delivery and installation went smoothly, and I’m very happy with my new washing machine.
