Meineke Car Care Center

I was driving my Ford transit van and all of a sudden safety alerts one after another started going off we the most worrisome being the ABS system. I pulled into Meineke a few minutes before close and asked for help if van was still safe to drive. Two techs came out hooked up the error code device, checked brake fluid oil level and talked me through the errors and likely issues being a speed sensor but said it could be a bearing and described what to listen for. I was able to get to my destination 5 hrs later and felt safe driving even with alerts on my dashboard. I really missed driving without cruise control.

I have not been back here since May because of my experience with previous manager Kane who was totally horrible to me with customer service- but I am so glad I called and gave this place another chance because Kane is gone and Dylan was so kind to hear my previous complaints, even though they had nothing to do with HIM, and he STILL made it right by being kind, attentive and compassionate, but also getting my issues all resolved properly. The personnel at Meineke in Anderson, IN have been very good to address not only the issues our vehicles have had, but our concerns as well. They have been very thorough with their inspections while the vehicles were there, to make us aware of any issues we may have in the future, so we can plan to get those items corrected.

I was over.....over charged at Meinke to the tune of over 1,500. I had no choice to pay because I live in Gary Indiana and I was visiting Anderson at the time. I am asking that a supervisor from Meineke be involved in this matter to verify that I was not overcharged by your employees. Also the employee at the front desk did not give me a receipt for my services. I am a senior citizen sometimes I am forgetful. Usually I don't have to ask for my receipt. Thank You.
