I had my Audi in here recently, dropping it off for the day. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service. The inspection notes were detailed and honest; no scare tactics were used, which are unfortunately all too common at repair shops. Jill, the service writer, provided quotes for everything, and I know the quotes are well below what the local Audi dealership would likely charge for the same jobs. I will be trusting Ottohaus with all future services for my Audi.
