We had an error message on 9 day old refrigerator. Dynamic was able to schedule me incredibly fast and they sent Ricardo. I was given a time window and received a text when Ricardo was 30 minutes away. I was incredibly happy impressed with Ricardo. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He was also a great communicator helping me with my limited knowledge of appliances what the problem was. He also explained everything he was doing.

What a great company and a great technician, Ricardo! Got in touch with us quickly and thoroughly throughout the process. Ricardo may be the best technician ever. He explained what had gone wrong with our refrigerator, ordered the parts and was back in a week to fix it. He also noticed the double doors were uneven, something I’d never seen and he adjusted them. He cleaned everything inside and out and left it looking beautiful. Total 5 stars for Dynamic Appliance and especially Ricardo.

Ricardo was on time, friendly, very professional, answered my questions, quickly ordered the replacement ice maker, and installed the new one in no time.
