Was very quick in diagnosing my laptop. Did diagnostics and discussed with me what was wrong and what I wanted to do. I decided to get a new one and not fix it. But they was still very nice and professional will definitely be a return customer
We paid CPR Summerville ~$400 to replace the screen my daughter’s iPhone 17 Pro. Approximately one week later (less if you think about it because our daughter was grounded from her phone for the week after the repair) the screen completely failed and went black when plugged in to charge, despite no drops, no damage, and normal use. When we brought the phone back, instead of standing behind their work, they told us there was nothing they could do unless we paid for another full screen replacement. That suggests either a defective screen or an improper installation, yet they refused to help in any way without paying for another screen …. I thought it was interesting the guy said he remembered the phone because it’s the only iPhone 17 pro they’ve repaired…. If I knew how inexperienced they were with this particular phone I would have gone elsewhere. A screen repair should last far longer than a single week. Being asked to pay twice for a failed repair is unacceptable and feels like poor workmanship and worse customer service. We do not recommend this location — especially if you value accountability and quality repairs.
CPR is excellent, period. My new 900 dollar phone took a fall and would not turn on. After talking with several places that said they could try replacing the screen for several hundred dollars, my carrier suggested talking with CPR. CPR said they would take a small deposit for an evaluation, then call with what they find and tell me what any additional charge would be if needed for my approval. Turns out they called and said the phone is on after reconnecting a loose wire and I could come get it with NO additional charge. Need I say more...go to CPR
