Not much to say. We had a heater guy out and he said there was no electricity down there. The landlord called you. Maybe Wayne referred you to her. After a week and a half with no heat, Zack came out and fixed it. He was just adorable! He was very professional but very personable too! A smile that that is just knock you out great!!
