Hired Keystone to replace our front steps and add lighting. After only a few months, half of the lights went out. I have called/tried to reach the company several times with no response. Initially, the work was quick and the company was good to work with, but as soon as they were paid - they disappeared. [edit] The issue was resolved after ~one year and many unreturned phone calls.
