Cutting Edge Contracting

If all you care about is price Cutting Edge is not for you. I guarantee they won’t be the cheapest but if you care about quality and a contractor you can trust, Cutting Edge is definitely an excellent choice. They are currently reroofing my house. The original builder cut every corner he could so we obviously found some problems that couldn’t be anticipated which I was given the option to upgrade and I did. That did add to the cost but Cutting Edge are doing an excellent job on my roof. They care as much about quality as I do and stand behind their work. This is the second job they have done for me. I hired them because I don’t need to babysit them to make sure things are done properly. 5 stars isn’t enough for their ratings. Definitely go with them!

We had some serious roofing issues, and Cutting Edge Contracting was able to address every single one of them with confidence and expertise. From the start, they provided the most detailed and thorough estimate we received, clearly outlining the full scope of the work and what to expect at every stage. The project required a complete sheathing tear-off and replacement, along with new Safeguard30 underlayment and CertainTeed Landmark AR shingles. The communication from the team throughout was stellar. We were kept in the loop from day one, with consistent updates that gave us peace of mind and a sense of partnership in the process. The work was efficient, professional, and incredibly well organized. The quality craftsmanship and integrity of the team really stood out. We’re extremely happy with the results and will absolutely be working with Cutting Edge again for future home improvement projects. If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor who gets it right the first time, this is the team to call.

When we noticed our T1-11 siding was rotting and the wooden decks on our 40 year old home were getting rickety, we called Chad and set up an appointment with Cutting Edge Contracting. Brandon and William came over and wrote up bids for each portion of the project. The contracts were clear as to what was and was not included. One of the qualities we liked about Brandon and team was the excellent communication. We would not only get frequent text messages updating us, but also on-site visits where we could ask questions. We were never made to feel like our questions were dumb (even though we're sure some were). Responses to our texts were timely. Brandon, William, Blake, Israel and the entire cast of characters were friendly, with great senses of humor, yet professional and respectful at the same time. They seem to enjoy their customers, as well as working with each other, and enjoying what they do. Integrity is high on their list. When one of the workers accidentally damaged some flashing on our window, Brandon was up front with us and replaced our window. The damage was something we never would have noticed and another contractor may have been tempted to just cover it up. It was clear to us they strive for excellence and don't do any job just 'good enough'. They want you to be really happy with the end result. Brandon kept the whole project moving along, is super organized and juggled many moving pieces daily. The entire Cutting Edge team has their act together, with daily early am meetings to prep for the day. They even finished the job ahead of schedule. Blake, William, Brandon and Israel went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions throughout the process. These instances were noticed and appreciated. We wound up doing siding (Hardieplank lap), decks (Trex), doors, concrete, gutters (wider, with cleanouts), painting, and landscaping. A special touch - For months they carefully worked their way around our 35 year old blueberry bush to preserve it, and it appears to still be alive! The results have breathed new life into our older home and we're very pleased.
