Aidan was very thorough and professional. He cleaned and serviced the gas fireplace and replaced the faulty switch. Scheduling with Sure Flame was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician was on time. He explained what he would do. He answered all questions clearly. He worked independently and appeared very focused. He liked our dog! He persisted and called for assistance when he encountered a barrier putting all the parts back dued to how the parts were engineered. He was always cool, calm and collected!

Had my first experience with Sure Flame. From the very first phone call to the end of my service/ repair was nothing short of exceptional. Rachael was like talking to a long lost friend. Explained everything thoroughly and set my mind at ease. Aiden showed up early and swiftly diagnosed my issue and set about repairing the system. Fully tested, cleaned and even provided his own personal touch to improve the ambiance of our unit. Will definitely use them for all my heating and AC needs. Great local company.

His workmanship was thorough, the service was efficient, and the overall experience was seamless. I truly appreciated the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the process.
