5 stars – Excellent experience from start to finish We recently had Advanced Air Systems install a new Daikin HVAC system at our self-storage facility, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their pricing was highly competitive, which played a big role in our decision, but it was their professionalism and attention to detail that really stood out. The installation team arrived early, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked with me directly to optimize the placement of the system. They didn’t just drop it in and go—they asked questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and left the install site spotless. After the job was done, they took extra time to walk me through how to use every feature, which I really appreciated. The Daikin system itself is fantastic—quiet, powerful, and efficient. It cools our office space quickly, even on the hottest days, and does so without running constantly. There's even a “strong” mode that runs the system in overdrive for 15 minutes—it’s like stepping into an arctic breeze. Plus, it’s whisper-quiet inside and out, which is a huge upgrade from the old window unit we had. Our customers noticed the difference immediately. The office is much more comfortable, and removing the old window unit near the seating area made a big improvement. The new wall-mounted unit looks better and allows for more precise airflow control, so no more cold air blasting directly on people.
