Thank you OHA and Angel Feliciano! I woke up and unexpectedly saw my 1997 hot water heater leaking. Yes, I know, the poor thing functioned WELL over its expected 10 year lifespan and was WAY overdue to be replaced. I called OHA and although their plumber's schedules were completely booked, Angel took the call out of his very busy schedule and retired the old girl. He quickly tracked down the new, preferred, tried and true model hot water heater then returned and installed it all while teaching me about the system. I could tell Angel enjoyed his profession and helping people. I am grateful for the quick turnaround, efficiency and responsiveness. Thank you Angel! Absolutely perfect job. I had a very old “package system” at a newly remodeled - but older home - recently purchased. After consulting with the OHA master tech, Brian, I decided to go with a mini-split system with 4 inside units and 2 outside compressors/units. It was not a simple job. Installing the 4 inside mini-splits was a somewhat complex job due to the age of the house and the existing configuration - 3 days worth of work. The lead installation gentleman - Manny - was great. He kept me fully informed of everything going on for the duration of the work and I could not be more happy with the final result.

My house sustained roof damage, and a previous company got my insurance company to cover the front quarter of the roof. At that point, I was prepared to just buy a new one outright. Enter Seth and the OHA team. Throughout the process, they were very communicative and handled all of our questions. Roof was installed yesterday and I was very impressed with the work quality. Thanks to Seth and OHA, my insurance covered my roof 100%. Very relieved to have a new, beautiful roof. I look forward to using them for other home-related services.
