I called, left a message late one evening. My call was returned early the next morning. A technician was sent out that very day. A part was needed, we ordered it online and they will be back to install it when the part arrives. What I liked the most about this company…options were given as to how to reduce the cost. A $600 bill became $300. You can’t beat that.
Kal Davis i have been working with for over 15 years and he is phenomenal went through alot of difficult hoops and he was able to resolve those. Definitely for a competent installer and a company that knows what they are doing use Childress also known as Fire & Ice HVAC. The install and systems are superb, got all new ducts, zoning, top of the line carrier systems, air cleaners, uv lights, dehumidification systems. They worked with me on all my very technical requirements since im an HVAC fanatic but i want to recognize their work and dedication to the systems they put in so please call them for great financing rates and system selections they have all kinds and can cater to your unique need.
Great service!! They came quickly and did all of the work in one day. We had a new AC and Furnace installed as well as a new water heater installed. The crew was efficient and extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
