BIM replaced one HVAC unit for us about a month ago. It was a great experience. Then when our second (older) unit started making an electrical burning smell, you can imagine the joy (ok, dread) we felt knowing we might have to replace a second unit so soon. Luckily, Jason came out and successfully diagnosed the problem. The part was still pricey, but they worked with us AND gave that current unit a really thorough checkup to insure they were putting an expensive part into a unit that truly does have some life left in it. We really appreciate that they did this. Excellent service, excellent communication, just all around excellent people. Thanks!
