Brooks Appliance Repair and Electric

The backstory is that we have been having issues with our dishwasher for the last couple of weeks. We put in a repair request and had the pleasure of having Sam come by and squaring us right away. He even came a day earlier than what was scheduled. He didn't waste any time getting to the heart of the problem and resolving it immediately. It feels good to have a functioning dishwasher again. With that said, Sam is an AWESOME technician with very good people skills! I'd recommend him any day of the week. Respectfully, The Thomas Family

I am a Brooks customer for life. I first came across Brooks when I needed some appliance repairs. When I had an electrical issue that I could not troubleshoot on my own, I immediately called Brooks Appliance and Electrical. Jake was phenomenal in trying to diagnose the issue, and stayed late on a Friday evening trying to help. I had to wait nearly a month before I could schedule the repair visit due to my schedule. When Jake and Donald arrived to complete the repairs, it was the same level of superior work and care. To resolve my issue, they had to run new wire in my ceiling and down a brick wall. I expected to be left with a huge mess to clean up after they left but I was so thrilled to discover I was wrong. They ensured all surfaces were covered and created a tent to contain the dust. The level of professionalism, courtesy and care they take in every job is unparalleled. But, let me tell you why I trust them completely. I have now had multiple experiences where their technicians have been honest with me about work required, cost involved, worked with me to find a solution that didn’t break the bank, and in one instance even recommended I don’t have the repairs done because it was not beneficial and would cost me more in the long run. Outlets were not working in 2 Bathrooms and Front Porch. Donald arrived and within 5 minutes knew the problem. The GFI Outlet in the garage was tripped and appeared damaged. Donald explained everything & even helped me move some Christmas Totes to provide work space. Donald replaced the GFI Outlet in the garage and the Outlet in the Master Bathroom. All is working and I’m a very happy customer. Will definitely use again & recommend Brooks Appliance Repair and Electric.
