Great customer service. Came out within the hour and we were informed that we do not need a new unit like Total Comfort said, we simply needed a class on how to use the thermostat as new homeowners. The tech James was very nice and respectful but more importantly he was patient and very informative. The tech took his time to check our entire system and didn’t leave until he felt satisfied that we didn’t have any further questions. Thanks.

Well, I just love this company. We bought a brand new system through HD and did not care for the company HD sent out. Of course, something went wrong and we had to call someone out. That happened to be Green Boots. We were without AC in the middle of July and it was brutal. They did everything they could to get our system fixed and the parts replaced under warranty. Then, out of nowhere, our furnace kept losing power. Even the thermostat was black. Eventually, because or Green Boots, we discovered our furnace’s safety switches kept tripping (yep, you guessed it, right in the middle of winter and an approaching snow storm) so we lived without heat for a couple of days. Green Boots came out twice, only to discover it was our cat causing the safety switches to initiate. These guys are so amazing. We have had the pleasure of working with Jake and James and I think they were both fantastic. It’s really hard to find a company you can trust. I feel like every time I turn around, some contractor is trying to scam me and charge me more than a service is worth. That is NOT Green Boots. You can trust these guys!
