We had an excellent experience with Loving Air. From our first introduction, their team was professional, personable, and genuinely focused on helping our family. We initially scheduled an HVAC service call and asked if they could also assess our water heater during the same visit. Their evaluation was thorough, their recommendations were clear and honest, and we felt confident in the guidance they provided. Cody and crew arrived on time and got straight to work on our furnace and water heater installation. They worked through multiple challenges and Cody communicated clearly how things were going throughout. We had hot water and a comfortable home at the end of the day. We’re very grateful for the hard work they did and really happy with our system!

Loving Air provided excellent service. Our technician, Trey Maslock, was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time and performed a very thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system. Trey took the time to explain everything clearly and offered honest advice and recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services or parts. Blaine provided above the standard service. He stopped multiple times and explained everything that was happening as well as providing pictures. Blaine and his partner were exceptionally polite. It's refreshing to receive such courtesy service. The cost was cheaper than expected. If I need anything in the future Loving Air is the company I will go to.

A few years ago they replaced my gas burner, heating system. They did exactly what they said they do in the time. They said they would do it. The service was great. Trey came out today, and he was very helpful of explained all the things. Fortunately, it was just for one of the radiators leaking. And everything was OK. They’re very organized have good technology and send documentation by email.
