Great experience! John the service technician arrived within the appointment window and was courteous, personable, professional and amiable throughout the entire visit. He thoroughly checked all the components of my hybrid HVAC system both inside and outside the house. I can rest easy knowing I will have reliable heat in the coming winter. Very pleased, so much so that I purchased an additional 3 year contract.

Today I.C.E. Heating and Cooling techs, Vance and Sean, installed a Panasonic ERV to replace a basic AprilAire ventilator installed by my builder at my home at Lake Anna. The install was neat and professional. Vance and Sean cleaned up all the debris and made sure I knew how to use the newly installed ERV. I have been using I.C.E. for basic maintenance and decided to use them for a advanced ERV install. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend I.C.E. for basic maintenance and system install.
