Amazing service. Staff was very kind and I was given the best customer service possible, which unfortunately is very rare these days. They went out of their way to help me, even for a small job, and it was evident that they were more concerned with helping the individual rather than money.

Thank you for fixing my tire on short notice! The mechanic checked the condition and took care of it very promptly and explained the whole process. The assotiate at the front desk was very helpful and helped me with pricing for new tires. Thank you both!

It feels like family when you walk in. Everyone is still behind the counter happily serving customers My car is 18 years old. And seems to be mechanically sound. That’s because Jimmy performed all of the scheduled maintenance much lower than the dealer. Just yesterday I stopped in, as I passing Mr. TIre and had some time l, to ask Jimmy 3 questions that have been bothering me: what is that noise, what is the correct air pressure - what the tire says or what the label on the inside driver door says and my wipers were shredded! JImmy said “let me fix all 3 for you now”. Wow!!!!! And about 20 minutes later ALL DONE!

Was very disappointed with my recent experience. I needed one small thing tightened that probably took 5 minutes and they charged me $150. Other car shops will also fill my tires with air if the tire light comes on as a courtesy, and Mr Tire left my air light on without filling it up. Very disappointing. Lately I’ve noticed that they’ve been trying to upsell me on everything, too. There always seems to be some “recommendation” with quotes of $1,000+. I won’t be using their services anymore. I’ve had much better luck at Mavis Tire.

They worked with me to find all of the different promotions and discounts on tires that were available so I could find the best price to replace all four of my tires. They also went through the issues with my car and separated the necessary repairs vs. the recommended services. I really appreciate them working with me.
