Amazing service. I called 5 different plumbers with an emergency. It was only NC Jefferson out of all 5 that was straight forward with me about their costs and minimums. Were as the other companies kept saying they would not provide me a quote until coming on site.... which felt like a waist of time. NC was able to give me general pricing on what the fix could look like so that I at least had a ballpark understanding of weather or not we could afford to do business with them. I called at 8:45am - they where on site by 11am. Toilet is fixed!

Excellent experience with NC Jefferson Plumbing from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Had a fire in my heater/boiler and new system was installed efficiently even with some other minor issues within 48 hours of contacting the company. Highly recommend using their services

I have worked with N.C. Jefferson Plumbing and Heating for YEARS. They always understand the urgency of water and heating issues and get it right the first time. In this cold snap I am sure they are busy, but when our hot water disappeared last week, they came out the same day -- within hours actually -- to sort it out. It matters. Shout out to Kathy who made it all easy.

Always appreciate professionals who know the area and the kinds of homes we live in. Jefferson is the best and the prices are very fair, given one is getting a trained, licensed, insured expert. We have used them for many different routine and challenging tasks and they always send skilled people who make the most of their time (and your budget). Now in their 3rd generation, the Princeton-Montgomery area is fortunate to have them.

Great service. I called for a quick cap off of a copper line running to my fridge. They were at my house in 20 minutes, literally. The fee was reasonable, which is apparently difficult to find in my area. The service, while basic, was completed quickly efficiently. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable.
