Called Tony for an outlet issue that was confusing me to no end. Tony was extremely friendly and talked me through the issue, patiently taking the time to teach me as well. He has a customer for life and best of all, he really is in the Princeton area unlike a lot of the folks that are ranking on google. 10/10.
Anthony is a wonderful, licensed electrician! He has completed 3 jobs for us here in Princeton and we highly recommend him! Great communication, efficient, and very neat work! 5 Stars! Thank you, Anthony!
He is THE BEST....I am a senior who was struggling with getting down to my basement due to a light being out. He responded quickly, figured out the problem, and made for a safe passage way to my laundry and food storage area. He has a soft spot for seniors, thankfully. 150% in customer service.....professional and totally committed to customer satisfaction and safety. This is someone you definately want in your corner.
Tony agreed a start time; showed up three hours late. Quoted a rate and asked for time and materials to install a ceiling fixture and a duplex outlet. Agreed. Electrical connections fine, but ill-equipped to hang the fixture; had no helper. Thought it appropriate to charge just under $3000 to run a five foot wire from an existing duplex outlet to the new one and an eight foot wire to install the ceiling fixture. You read that right- $3000- The bill included $436 to replace a 9” piece of 1 ½” PVC drainpipe he mistakenly cut in the process and $257 for four decora items and a Lutron switch for the fixture-readily available at Home Depot at tota... When the discrepancy pointed out, Tony stated “that’s what I have to charge.” Sorry, no, not at $165/hr. Committed to a return date to complete other work. Did not show. Caveat emptor: if you feel compelled to hire, get a firm estimate-Tony’s time and materials cost was twice the written bid price of two other reputable sources-and get a firm appointment time; better yet-find a different electrician!
