Needed an exhaust repair. Didn't check vehicle before leaving, didnt think i needed to. Got all the way home to realize that they left the exhaust pipe stick out 2 to 3 inches further than the passenger side pipe. The greasy fingerprints on the bumper tells me they knew it was like that and chose not to correct it. Now I have to spend another afternoon sitting at the shop for it to be corrected.
The Manager and employees we're all friendly and customer service oriented! They were fast and efficient! They are who you want to go to when you not only oil changes or tires, but anything done on your vehicle! I had to have an oil pan housing unit replaced. I loved them so much that I didn't even shop around to ensure that they were the lowest price 🤷♀️
Made an appointment online. I don't recommend doing it online because my scheduled appointment overlapped other appointments and I waited 3 hours for tires. However, it wasn't their fault. The staff was super friendly and they got overwhelmed with a lot around the time I showed up. They were super busy, but busy means good business! Luckily I have patience and understanding and I was not at all angry. They did their best to fit everyone in who showed up etc. I just don't recommend doing anything online and I don't prefer their phone line of people who don't even work there. Call the store directly, don't use the phone number they give you online because it goes to some corporate weird line with ppl who don't speak English lol. The price was the cheapest for 4 new tires and labor that I could find in town.
This is a great place to go to get a new tire. I had came up here to get one of my tires replaced and received very helpful info and great customer service. However, I am rating this as a 4/5 star rating because I did have issues with my TPMS light after installation of my new tire. The guy who had installed it for me after coming back up to the shop told me he didn't know much about Hondas even though I was told that the tpms system would be reset for me and checked in the paper work after paying. Therefore, I had thought there was a more serious issue and was told to come back the next day to have their tech person look at it for me only to realize this just needed to be reset and was not done. This was a bit frustrating, but other than that had great service here
I had an amazing experience at Mr. Tire Auto. I went in for a full synthetic oil change, and not only was the price more than fair, but the service itself was outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The owner—an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and refreshingly direct woman—made the entire visit feel comfortable and honest. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and runs her shop with integrity and pride. It’s rare to find that level of sincerity in automotive service, and it definitely stood out. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was explained clearly. I left feeling confident, respected, and genuinely appreciative. I highly recommend Mr. Tire Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service. They’ve earned all five stars and then some!
