Hello - I want to give a major shoutout to Greg Williams with Mr Appliance!! My side-by-side fridge wasn’t keeping the fridge side cold. I called 3 different companies. I either left a VM or talked virtually!! I called Greg’s business, and he picked up the call!! [That’s good customer service] I told him my problem; he came by the house- told me the damper was bad- it was replaced the next day!!! I would honestly say I am very happy and would use Greg again!!! Matter of fact, he’s on my speed dial for Appliances! [Smile] Thanks
We have a duel fuel Dacor oven. We found out the hard way the fuse, which blew out, is located in a difficult area and impossible to replace. We called Greg and he troubleshooted the problem and was able to replace the fuse and get our oven back up and running . Sounds simple but it was not. He was professional, timely and patient. Highly recommend using him.
