The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. Our gas oven did not need any repair, it just had to burn off some foreign material fouling the flame sensor. Our technician talked us through the issue and informed us how to deal with the problem ourselves, if it comes up again.

You can tell he has a lot of experience and takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days, so I definitely appreciate it.
